Indications
Colistin is an antibiotic from the group of polymyxins used as an effective antibiotic against gram-negative bacteria such as E.coli, Salmonella, Hemophilus, Pasteurella and Klebsiella,
It is also used with various intestinal diseases caused by bacteria sensitive to colistin in poultry.
Usage and Dosage
It is used with drinking water for poultry at a rate of 50 grams per 200 litres for a period of 4 - 5 days
